Offering Tailored Speech Therapy for Adults
Meet the Clinician
Amy White, MHS, CCC-SLP

Hello and welcome!
My name is Amy, and I have been a licensed speech-language pathologist since 2017. I graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor's in Communication Science and Disorders, and obtained my Master's in Health Science at University of Missouri-Columbia. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to the Northwest Arkansas area in 2020.
I began my career in the special education department of a high school in Missouri, but soon discovered that my true passion lies in working with adults. This led me to transition into the medical side of speech therapy, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow into the clinician I am today. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in adult speech therapy while working in a rehabilitation hospital, building both the skills and confidence to address a wide range of communication and swallowing needs.
I am deeply committed to helping clients achieve their personal goals by creating individualized therapy plans that support meaningful progress. Just as importantly, I value building authentic connections with my clients, ensuring that therapy is not only effective but also engaging and enjoyable.
When I'm not actively working hard to help you, I can be found hiking, gardening, and spending time with my husband, young son, and two crazy dogs.
I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
